Call feedback forms are used for "Make a Call" engagements. The form allows advocates to provide you with useful information about the call they've made. The only two default fields on the call feedback form are:
- Did you make the call? (required field)
- Tell us about the call
So this leaves you with free range to customize the form the way you want by adding as many custom questions about the call as you may like. Example questions:
- What is the name of the person you spoke with?
- Did he/she offer any followup information or instructions? If yes, what?
