The homepage of Knowlegis, while very simplistic, can get you to where you need to be to get the information that you're looking for. Whether it's searching for legislators, creating or open existing lists, or open rates, you'll be able to access this information here.
- The CQ Knowlegis will serve as a home button to get you back to the homepage.
- The Search bar is a text entry field that you can use to locate legislators and staff members in the database.
- Hovering over Create will provide you options to create emails, lists, or notes in the system.
- Hovering over Review will let you review any emails, lists, or notes that you have previously created.
- My Account will give you take you to your account settings, view notifications, other CQ products that you may have access to sign in to, and the option to logout.
- Lists Column - The lists column will show all the lists that have been created by all Knowlegis users in your organization, starting with the most recently created list. The bold text (title) for each list is an active link that will open the list.
- Emails Column - The Emails columns will show the email drafts that have been created and any scheduled emails that have been scheduled. The bold text for each email is an active link that will take you to the email report.
As you scroll down the homepage, you will also be able to view Email Performance by Open Rate or Click Rate. You are also able to change the range of time for the results by clicking the box to the right. To learn more about analytics on individual email messages, please click here.
