What are Transcripts & Testimony?

Transcribed by hand, CQ's Transcripts provide gavel-to-gavel coverage of committee and subcommittee hearings, prepared witness statements as submitted to said congressional committees and subcommittees, speeches, press conferences, news events, agency events, debates, and more. 

Transcripts that undergo proofreading have a turnaround time of 1 - 2 days, while AI Transcripts are typically released within a few hours after the hearing. If you wish to access the AI Transcript, kindly coordinate with your CQ Account Manager.
